MUZI1500 metal slitting machine
MUZI1500 metal slitting machine is mainly used to process the metal panel into strip by uncoiler, cutting and recoiler. This machine suitable for cold roll and hot roll the carbon steel, aluminum coil, stainless steel and some other kinds of metal materials. To some customers who has high requirements, we can choose EPC automatically cutting from the middle or edge side, this is easy for setting material and can improve the working efficiency, it also can improve cutting precision and protect the panel. Also it can choose EPC automatically edge control, this can guarantee the trim when recoiler the coil, this is good for width material recoiler.
This machine is mainly including material setting dolly, uncoiler, driving and emending machine, cutting machine, waste edge recoiler, tension control system, reoiler and unloading system. It has high automatical standard, operate easily. Vertical cutting machine can change the position and have good efficiency. This machine has good production speed and it can adjust every part automatically.
